Pisang Peak Climbing is one of the most popular trekking peaks in Nepal, located in the stunning Annapurna region. This 18-day adventure combines trekking through the Annapurna Conservation Area, summiting Pisang Peak, and exploring the beautiful Manang region. It’s in the Manang district, near pisang village also one of the famous trakking trails on the way to Annapurna circuit trek. Our journey begins in Kathmandu, where you’ll meet your expert Sherpa climbing guide and fellow climbers before driving to Dharapani to start the trek. Along the way, you’ll pass through picturesque Gurung villages, lush forests, and enjoy incredible views of the Annapurna, Gangapurna, and Tilicho peaks. Details Itinerary:-

  • Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
    Arrive in Kathmandu, where pure Sherpa adventure’s representatives will welcome you at Kathmandu airport and transfer to your hotel for an overnight stay. And evening our guide will explain you about the trip.
  • Day 2: Preparation and Half-Day Sightseeing Tour
    Take the day to finalize your trek preparations, such as checking your gear and obtaining necessary permits. In the afternoon, embark on a half-day sightseeing tour to explore Kathmandu’s cultural treasures, including temples and historical landmarks.
  • Day 3: Drive from Kathmandu to Dharapani
    After breakfast, drive from Kathmandu to Dharapani. The scenic drive will take you through picturesque hills, rivers, and local villages, offering a preview of the beautiful landscape you’ll soon explore on foot.
  • Day 4: Dharapani to Chame
    Start your trek by walking through the lush forests of the Annapurna Conservation Area. Pass traditional Gurung villages and enjoy the early views of the mountains. Reach Chame, the district headquarters of Manang, where you will stay overnight.
  • Day 5: Chame to Upper Pisang
    Continue trekking through charming forests and mountain villages to reach Upper Pisang. Along the way, enjoy stunning views of Annapurna II and the surrounding peaks. Upper Pisang offers a unique cultural experience with its Tibetan-style monasteries and local life.
  • Day 6: Acclimatization Day
    This day is dedicated to acclimatization, which is crucial for the success of the climb. You can hike to a higher altitude for a better view of the surrounding mountains or relax in Upper Pisang, allowing your body to adjust to the increasing elevation.
  • Day 7: Upper Pisang to Pisang Peak Base Camp
    Begin your ascent to the Pisang Peak Base Camp, passing through alpine meadows and rocky terrain. Enjoy spectacular views of the Annapurna range as you get closer to the base of the peak. Rest for the night at the base camp, where you’ll prepare for the climb ahead.
  • Day 8: Pisang Peak Base Camp to High Camp
    Climb further from the base camp to the high camp, which is set at a higher altitude. The trail becomes steeper and more challenging, but the views of the surrounding peaks keep you motivated. You’ll spend the night here, preparing for the summit bid.
  • Day 9: Summit Pisang Peak and Return to Base Camp
    Today is the summit day. Early in the morning, start your final push towards the summit of Pisang Peak. The climb is challenging but rewarding, with panoramic views of Annapurna, Manaslu, and other surrounding peaks. After summiting, descend back to the base camp for a well-deserved rest.
  • Day 10: Contingency Day

  • Day 11: Pisang Peak Base Camp to Manang Valley

  • Day 12: Manang to Yak Kharka

  • Day 13: Yak Kharka to Thorang Phedi
    Continue trekking upward toward Thorang Phedi, a base for the final ascent to Thorong La Pass. This day offers magnificent views of the surrounding valleys and peaks. Thorang Phedi is a remote settlement with guesthouses that provide basic accommodation.
  • Day 14: Thorang Phedi to Thorong La Pass, Continue to Muktinath
