Trek Highlights:-

Nar Phu Valley: Start in Jagat, trek the Annapurna Circuit, and venture into the remote Nar Phu Valley.
• Kang La Pass: Reach the top of Kang La Pass for breathtaking views of the Annapurnas.
• Tibetan Villages & Culture: Discover ancient villages and immerse in Tibetan traditions.
• Stunning Landscapes: Hike through snow-capped peaks and lush meadows.
• Thorong La Pass: Cross the iconic Thorong La, one of the highest passes in the world.
• Lower Mustang: Enjoy the beauty of Mustang before heading to Jomsom.
• Return to Kathmandu: Fly to Pokhara and drive back to Kathmandu.

What Trip Includes

  • Airport pick up and drop services on a private vehicle.
  • 2 night’s hotel accommodation in Kathmandu with breakfast
  • Kathmandu – Besisahar transfers on a local bus, Pokhara – Kathmandu transportation on a Tourist bus
  • One night hotel accommodation in Pokhara with breakfast
  • Jomsom to Tatopani transportation by Bus or sharing jeep.
  • Three meals a day (Breakfast, lunch, and dinner) during the trek.

  • Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) entry permits and Trekkers Information Management System (TIMS) cards
  • Experienced English speaking, government licensed and ministry of tourism trained trekking guide with meals, accommodation, salary and insurance
  • Strong, helpful Sherpa porters with proper safety equipment and walking equipment, his salary, food, accommodation, and insurance (one porter for two people).
  • Assistant trekking guide for groups over 8 people with meals, accommodation, salary, and insurance
  • Use of sleeping bag, down jacket, duffel bag and walking poles (if you don’t have your own, to be returned after trip completed).
  • Comprehensive first aid medical kit carried by the guide / American medical association approved Oximeter
  • Trip achievement certificate after successful trip completion.
  • Oxygen meter to check your pulse and oxygen saturation and heart rate twice daily (Very useful to check Altitude Mountain Sickness(AMS) symptoms) which will ensure your health during the trek.
  • Assistant guide for groups of 8 or more people.

What Trip Excludes

  • Meals whilst you are in Kathmandu & Pokhara- lunch, and dinner.
  • Nepal entry visa fee (easy to obtain the visa on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport – Kathmandu). $30 USD for 15-day, $50 USD for 30 Days, and $125 USD for 90 Days visa.
  • Personal travel and medical insurance.
  • International airfare.
  • Your personal expenses.
  • All the alcoholic and nonalcoholic, soup, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cocoa, mineral water, extra food, cold and hot drinks on trek ( i.e. those you choose to purchase along the way and during evenings in the tea houses)
  • All desserts & sweet things like chocolate, cake, pie, pudding.
  • Hot shower and battery charging at the tea houses.
  • Tips for the guide, porter, and driver (tipping is expected)
  • NOTE: If you return earlier from the trek due to sickness or any problem, the money you paid for the flight, hotel, mountain room, food, etc. is nonrefundable, and you will need to bear the expenses for the hotel, food, etc. in Kathmandu yourself.

Itineraries

Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu

  • Welcome to Kathmandu! Transfer to your hotel.

Day 2: Explore Kathmandu

  • Spend the day exploring the cultural heart of Nepal, including temples and UNESCO sites.
    Overnight: Kathmandu

Day 3: Drive to Koto (8,530 feet / 2,600 m)

  • Begin your journey with a scenic drive to Koto.
    Overnight: Koto

Day 4: Trek to Meta (11,680 feet / 3,560 m)

  • Start trekking to Meta, passing through beautiful landscapes.
    Overnight: Meta

Day 5: Trek to Phu (13,386 feet / 4,080 m)

  • Continue trekking uphill towards Phu, an ancient Tibetan village.
    Overnight: Phu

Day 6: Acclimatization Day in Phu

  • Spend the day acclimatizing to the altitude and exploring Phu.
    Overnight: Phu

Day 7: Trek to Nar Phedi (11,450 feet / 3,490 m)

  • Descend to Nar Phedi, a peaceful village near Nar.
    Overnight: Nar Phedi

Day 8: Trek to Nar (13,484 feet / 4,110 m)

  • Trek to Nar, another Tibetan village, known for its stunning views.
    Overnight: Nar

Day 9: Trek to Ngawal (17,192 feet / 5,240 m) via Kang La Pass (5,240 m)

  • Conquer the challenging Kang La Pass and descend to Ngawal.

Day 10: Trek to Pisang, Drive to Besisahar (8,179 feet / 2,493 m)

  • Trek to Pisang and drive to Besisahar.

Day 11: Drive back to Kathmandu
