Chiring Namgel Sherpa

Born about 58 years ago in the village of Loding in Solukhumbu.

From a young age, while studying at a school located 3 hours’ walk from the village, I witnessed a large group, including Edmund Hillary, heading towards the base camp of Mt. Everest. This experience left a lasting impact on me and sparked my interest in the tourism profession.

I have been in the tourism profession since my school days and have had the privilege of working with Pure Sherpa Adventure for a long time as an experienced and honest guide. Through these years, I’ve gained immense knowledge and experience in guiding tourists through the mountains.
